We’re so confident in the quality and taste of our products that we provide a 30-day returns guarantee. If you’re unhappy with anything you’ve bought from eqnutrition.com, just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will either replace your item free of charge or generate a one time voucher code to be used on check out, to the value of your order.

NO FUSS RETURNS

If you purchase an item that you are unhappy with, providing you’ve used no more than 5 servings we will exchange it for you if you send it back within 30 days of placing your order. You will just have to pay for the postage of sending the item back to us and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Alternatively we can provide EQ loyalty points to the same value so you can save on your next order.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS?

Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you. If returning back yourself we advise that you use a tracked service.

Please ensure that you keep your proof of return receipt until you’ve received an email from us confirming that we have received your item.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please email our customer services team  with your Order ID and details of the product(s) and reason(s) for return. We will then provide you with the address details of where to return your parcel.
