Directions for Use

For best results use 2-3 servings of Mass Protein daily to help to increase lean body mass and support healthy weight gains. Take one at breakfast, another immediately after exercise and between meals where required to help increase your calorie intake.     I’m on my third order of the Mass Protein, really impressed with it. Usually take twice a day, one with breakfast and one after a workout. Tastes great, by the far the best tasting protein shake I’ve tried. You can tell the difference in drinking a mass protein product that is low is sugar, really good quality. Mixes well in a shaker. Highly recommended.

    Amazing tasting product!!! Love the fact that it uses oats as the carbohydrate source for this mass, use it for post workout when my body is crying out for carbs!!! Wouldn’t use anything else in the off season.
